Qualifications and responsibilities for this Take-Off Specialist position include:
- 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, ProEst, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Experience reviewing architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings.
- Ability to visit local job sites as needed (10% travel).
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs for materials such as concrete, piping, and electrical components.
- Prepare cost estimates for underground construction projects.
- Review architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings.
- Assist in bid preparation and collaborate with estimating teams.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for reference during project execution.
- Stay informed on material pricing trends and labor rates.
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
