Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Project Coordinator - Geomatics position include:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure in any state, or nearing completion within 12-18 months
- 5+ years of experience in boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, or construction surveys
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Carlson, GIS, robotic total stations, and electronic data collectors
- Ability to solve surveying fieldwork challenges and process raw field data effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating field crews
- Coordinate multiple surveying projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Manage field crews, including scheduling, training, and resolving project issues
- Process data to create topographic maps, boundary plats, staking base files, and road alignments
- Maintain inventory and oversee the upkeep of surveying equipment and vehicles
- Attend meetings to ensure alignment between fieldwork and project goals
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
