Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Crew Chief opportunity include:
- Oversee land survey projects, including crew management and survey types such as boundary, ALTA, Topographic, Right of Way, and Construction Staking
- Manage all aspects of field survey work, from client communication to quality control, research, and field supplies
- Review courthouse records for property information and ensure accurate documentation for survey drawings
- Maintain daily crew activity records, adhere to safety protocols, and assist in preparing time estimates for new projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for survey clients, representing the company effectively, and contribute to annual budget planning and equipment/personnel needs
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
