Qualifications and responsibilities for this Supply Chain Manager position include:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management; experience with ERP systems required
- Lead procurement, vendor negotiations, and supplier relationship management
- Oversee logistics, inventory, and receiving operations to ensure efficient material flow and timely product delivery
- Develop and implement processes to mitigate risks and meet customer demand
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations on current and new product initiatives
- Supervise supply chain, purchasing, scheduling, and shipping/receiving teams
- Monitor KPIs and generate reports to identify areas of improvement
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO standards
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
