Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include:
- 5+ years of structural design experience, preferably in bridge or prefabricated structures
- 2+ years of leadership or project management experience
- Strong knowledge of Tekla Structural Designer or other finite element analysis software
- Experience applying industry codes (AASHTO, AISC, ASCE, DOT, IBC, etc.) to structural designs
- Hands-on involvement in structural steel and prefabricated bridge design
- Collaborate with sales, production, and design teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Provide technical guidance on structural integrity, fabrication, and installation
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and design deliverables
Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
