Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Structural Engineer position include:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania, with the ability to reciprocate to NJ, MD, and DE.
- Minimum of 8 years of structural engineering experience, including at least 3 years as a licensed PE.
- Strong background in residential and wood frame structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Oversee and review CAD designs completed by junior engineers.
- Transition into a structural lead role, managing a small team of 1-3 junior engineers.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced engineers.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.
