Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include:
- 5-15 years of progressively responsible structural design experience with a focus on building structures.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
- Expertise in designing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structures.
- Proficiency in Revit for structural design and documentation.
- Develop structural engineering designs and construction documents, including gravity and lateral systems.
- Lead major and minor design projects while supporting company growth and client relationships.
- Plan and estimate manpower requirements, manage budgets, and ensure efficient project execution.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Hybrid remote schedule – work from home 2-3 days per week.
- Open to sponsoring H-1B Visas.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
