Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; 5+ years of structural design experience preferred.
- Expertise in SolidWorks and proficiency in 2D/3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of load-bearing structures, deflection, and building components.
- Experience with sheet metal manufacturing and welding processes.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams to provide engineering support for custom stairway projects.
- Lead structural design initiatives for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Develop and evaluate new products through mathematical analysis and prototyping.
- Work closely with manufacturing partners to refine and enhance product designs.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
