Bring your leadership to a high-visibility portfolio supporting critical U.S. Government national security missions from Lorton, delivering measurable impact across counter-threat programs. In this Sr. Director, Profit & Loss (P&L) opportunity, you will own full financial performance while driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and customer outcomes across a diverse set of programs.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Director, Profit & Loss (P&L) position include:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing defense and/or homeland security portfolios.
- Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and operational performance.
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to expand the organization's market presence.
- Lead a portfolio of government programs supporting national security and defense initiatives.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key government customers and stakeholders.
- Partner with Business Development and Capture teams to identify, qualify, and win new business while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Oversee program execution to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, technical performance, schedule adherence, and strong financial results.
- Ensure compliance with all government contracting regulations, security requirements, and organizational policies.
Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
