This well-established construction company is looking for a Senior Concrete Estimator to join their dedicated team in Virginia Beach! Known for high employee retention and a close-knit, collaborative environment, this company is a leader in specialized concrete projects across the region. As the Senior Concrete Estimator, you’ll take on complex estimating for large-scale projects, ranging from $1 million to $60 million in volume, and lead a skilled team of estimators across multiple locations. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Concrete Estimator position include:
- Minimum 10 years of concrete estimating experience with a proven track record in large commercial projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of four estimators, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment
- Proficiency with Excel-based custom estimating tools and adaptability to company-specific systems
- Expertise in tilt-up walls, high-rise structures, and multi-million-dollar concrete projects
- Local travel required to offices within a 4-hour radius of Virginia Beach
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and meet company safety standards
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
