Qualifications and responsibilities for this Site Superintendent position include:
- 10+ years of progressive construction experience with 5+ years as a superintendent.
- Experience with underground utilities and site development.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, if necessary.
- Field construction experience in methods, safety, and scheduling self-perform labor forces.
- Demonstrated skills in using computer software including MS Office and Project.
- Capable of managing multiple projects between $0.5M - $5M simultaneously.
- Directing all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship in compliance with plans and specifications.
- Ensuring all employees, subcontractors, and suppliers adhere to safety standards and policies.
- Maintaining respectful and productive relationships with the client and their representatives.
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
