Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Residential Estimator position include:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with local companies.
- Expertise in residential new construction and historic home renovation projects.
- Proficiency in software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Xactimate, and Buildertrend.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee the entire estimation process.
- Ability to manage on-site project visits (15% of the time).
- Proven track record of working independently with minimal onboarding required.
- Familiarity with Boston's housing stock and construction regulations is a plus.
Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
