We’re seeking a Senior Project Engineer with expertise in structural building design to join a well-established and steadily growing structural engineering firm located just 30 minutes northwest of Boston in Billerica, MA! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred
- 2+ years of structural engineering experience with a focus on building design
- EIT certification preferred but not required
- Proficiency or familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, CWC Woodwork, ENERCALC, Tekla, Tedds, RAM, and RISA 3D
- Perform structural analysis and design for multiple building types and materials
- Create and review construction documents, including sections, details, and specifications
- Conduct site investigations and attend project coordination meetings
- Apply industry standards and codes to ensure safe and accurate designs
Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, PTO accrual with a minimum of 2 weeks (negotiable), quarterly performance bonuses, and an end-of-year company bonus.
