An industry leader in heavy mechanical and process piping is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in Louisville, KY. This is a unique opportunity to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects ranging from $1.5 million to $3-4 million, focusing on complex piping and pipefitting systems. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in construction or service, with 5+ years as a Mechanical Project Foreman.
- Expertise in process piping, heavy mechanical work, and pipefitting across varied job scopes.
- Kentucky Mechanical Journeyman License required; a Master Mechanical License is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage commercial and industrial projects, ensuring budget and schedule adherence.
- Lead and mentor teams of project managers, site supervisors, and field staff, promoting safety and core values.
- Coordinate project phases from initial estimates and material ordering to job closeout and billing.
- Ensure OSHA and industry-specific code compliance, maintaining high safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with project management software.
Salary: $105,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with additional incentives up to 20% bonus annually.
