Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Engineer, PE position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in industrial or commercial facility design; food production experience a plus
- Hands-on with Revit and Building Load Estimating software; Procore familiarity is beneficial
- Ability to lead design efforts, supervise engineers and drafters, and oversee mechanical system development
- Responsible for mechanical, plumbing, and utility design including HVAC and hydronic systems
- Must be skilled in project documentation—specifications, submittals, RFI responses, and design reviews
- Comfortable managing internal teams and collaborating with contractors on design-build projects
- Willing to travel to project sites approximately 15-25% of the time, with expenses covered
Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
