Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 8+ years of experience in interior architecture or corporate interiors
- NCIDQ Certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Revit is required; AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite experience also needed
- Manage full project lifecycle from programming through construction for corporate interior projects, including medical, legal, and professional spaces
- Lead and mentor small project teams while overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality standards
- Conduct client consultations, maintain ongoing communication, and ensure design intent is delivered through construction
- Knowledge of codes, permitting, and consultant coordination, with the ability to resolve design and technical issues
- Engage in a hybrid work schedule (M/F remote), 4.5-day work week, and contribute to a culture rooted in family, honesty, and creativity
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
