Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Hydrogeologist position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related earth science field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of hydrogeology experience with 5+ years in consulting, well design, and construction
- Experience in Denver Basin aquifers and familiarity with Colorado water law is REQUIRED
- Lead projects in groundwater well planning, permitting, drilling oversight, and aquifer testing
- Conduct Colorado water rights work including augmentation plans, water demand analysis, and expert witness testimony
- Interpret geophysical logs, laboratory data, and perform aquifer testing and subsurface assessments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and junior staff while maintaining client communication and technical oversight
- Groundwater modeling and ArcGIS Pro experience is a plus
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
