Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. HVAC Construction Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC installation, retrofit or commissioning project management
- A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management is desired, but not required. Years of appropriate experience are also highly valued!
- Experience managing retrofit projects across various industries, including commercial, institutional, and healthcare.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical diagrams, construction drawings, and contract documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Oversee HVAC systems installations, managing schedules, resources, and project budgets.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and maintain organized documentation throughout the project.
- Manage contract documents and scope of work to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits, project closeout activities, and address any project-related concerns or complaints.
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
