Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the retail real estate sector? As a Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager, you'll lead impactful projects across the West Coast, from California to occasional ventures in Oregon and Washington.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction as a project manager
- Strong experience with retail ground-up, renovation, cap-ex, and tenant improvement projects
- Proven ability to manage and direct general contractors, sub-contractors, and design teams
- Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Ability to create, review, and track project schedules and budgets
- Experience in preparing and coordinating construction contracts and confirming insurance and licensing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, Procore, and Bluebeam
- Willingness to travel on the West Coast for specific projects, mostly day travel with some overnight stays
- Self-starter, highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
