Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Civil Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale site development, including earthwork and utilities
- Experience in multifamily housing developments, including wood-frame apartments and mixed-use sites
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D is a plus
- Licensed PE preferred but not required; EITs close to licensure will be considered
- Lead consultation and design oversight across multiple active projects (approx. 10 per week)
- Provide expert feedback, troubleshoot design issues early, and prevent costly revisions
- Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure development standards are met
- Work across teams and markets, including sites with complex topography and environmental factors
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Candidates with a PE license may earn $160,000 - $190,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus.
