Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Civil Engineer - Land Development position include:
- Must have a PE license in Tennessee and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 6–10 years of civil site design experience in commercial, residential, or institutional projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of Bentley Pondpack, StormCAD, Hydraflow, GeoHECRAS, or XPSWMM highly desirable
- Lead design work, project management, and client communications across multiple simultaneous projects
- Prepare and review reports, studies, plans, specs, and cost estimates
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with junior staff to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Participate in proposal preparation and contribute to business development efforts
- Entrepreneurial mindset with potential to build and lead a team in a growing geographic market
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
