Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior CAD Designer opportunity include:
- Extensive experience in both residential and commercial building design/drafting, encompassing single and multifamily structures
- Strong knowledge of building codes, fire codes, accessibility codes, building occupancy densities and their effect on building design
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture and Revit
- Design and modify architectural plans using CAD tools, ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory approvals
- Lead and support the design team, maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, schedules, and adherence to the latest design trends and company standards
- Oversee construction project specifications and documentation to ensure architectural integrity and compliance with building codes
Salary: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
