Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Design Specialist position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 7+ years of experience in luxury retail, high-end residential, or hospitality design.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, BIM, and Photoshop, with AutoCAD and Rhino being primary tools.
- Leading projects from concept through completion, including detailed design and project management responsibilities.
- Developing comprehensive presentation and drawing packages, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Managing construction administration tasks, such as reviewing submittals, finish samples, and shop drawing approvals.
- Traveling up to 30% of the time to oversee store locations and ensure project success.
- Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong conceptual thinking, and advanced knowledge of building systems and materials.
- Collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including architects, suppliers, and contractors.
Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus up to a 10% bonus.
