We’re looking for a Safety Coordinator to join our team in Ranburne, AL, where you’ll play a vital role in shaping a safe and efficient workplace. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Safety Coordinator position include:
- 3+ years of experience as a Safety Coordinator or in a similar role
- Plan, implement, and review Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and programs
- Conduct risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and enforce preventive safety measures
- Provide safety training during employee onboarding and lead safety-related discussions
- Monitor adherence to safety rules and investigate incidents to determine root causes
- Review workplace procedures and collaborate with HR to enhance safety practices
- Oversee installations, repairs, and other work impacting safety in the workplace
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
