Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing/Waterproofing Restoration Superintendent position include:
- A minimum of 5 years of construction superintendent experience is required.
- Detailed knowledge of commercial roofing and waterproofing restoration.
- Experience working on sloped, steep, and flat roofs.
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications, including rebar shop drawings and formwork drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant construction tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid software.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to manage and develop foremen.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with coworkers, owners, owners’ representatives, and tenants.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and cell phones with construction software and other tools.
Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including MDV, 401k with 4% match, 3 weeks PTO, and a discretionary bonus.
