Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in Retail construction.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and familiarity with Sage/Bluebeam is a plus.
- Provide management oversight for all phases of construction projects from beginning to end.
- Develop and manage project budgets to ensure job profitability.
- Manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously.
- Allocate and manage resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure project timelines and budgetary constraints are met.
- Coordinate and manage RFI and Submittal processes with the project team.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
