We are on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Restoration Project Manager/Estimator to drive sales and growth in the Mid-Atlantic region from our vibrant District Heights, MD office. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Restoration Project Manager/Estimator position include:

  • At least 5-7 years in project management, with a focus on historic preservation, restoration, or construction.
  • Managing bid processes, estimating project costs, and preparing comprehensive proposals.
  • Overseeing large institutional and federal projects in the D.C. area, with experience in contracts and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of specialty construction trades like masonry, plaster restoration, and millwork.
  • Planning, executing, and managing budgets, timelines, and scopes of work for complex, multi-trade projects.
  • Experience with CRM software (Cosential) and Excel for estimating and budget management.
  • Ability to travel locally within the Washington, D.C. metro area for client meetings and site visits as required.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
