Qualifications and responsibilities for this Restoration Estimator position include:
- 3+ years of estimating experience in the restoration industry, including commercial and residential mitigation and repair
- Proficient with Xactimate, Microsoft Excel and Google Drive
- Experienced in restoration of water and fire damaged properties
- Basic knowledge of building exterior envelope systems
- Skilled in creating and maintaining construction schedules and timelines
- Preferred: Large loss estimating experience and existing relationships with insurance adjusters and property managers
- Construction background in siding, trim, mold remediation, window/door installation, decks, framing, roofing, and finish carpentry
- Familiar with Dash/Nextgear and Sage/Timberline software; IICRC certifications in Mold Remediation, Odor Removal, ASD, and Fire & Smoke are a plus
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
