Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential HVAC Installer position include:
- At least 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, including mini-splits, ductless, and traditional systems.
- Ability to review installation photos and documents and flag issues related to code compliance and quality.
- Comfortable using software tools and platforms to complete remote quality control reviews.
- Able to communicate effectively with installers and internal teams to offer guidance and recommendations.
- Experience with major HVAC brands like Trane or Carrier is a plus.
- High attention to detail with a passion for getting installations done right.
- Open to candidates who may be newer to QC but eager to grow into the role.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
