Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Architect position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Registered Architect strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in residential architecture, with a focus on wood frame construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; hand sketching skills are a plus.
- Ability to create schematic design packages and construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of building codes specific to residential wood frame homes.
- Effective communication and time management skills, with a collaborative work ethic.
- Experience coordinating with clients and consultants, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
