Qualifications and responsibilities for this Remote Structural Engineer / Project Manager – Multifamily position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required; SE license preferred
- 4 - 10 years of progressively responsible structural design experience, with emphasis on wood-framed multifamily housing
- Proficiency in Revit and experience in preparing construction documents including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Perform structural analysis and design, focusing on feasibility studies, conceptual design reports, and project-specific criteria
- Oversee and mentor Project Engineers and Staff Engineers
- Provide technical support during construction and manage production in Revit
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with codes and client expectations
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
