Qualifications and responsibilities for this Remote Business Development Manager - HVAC & Capital Equipment position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or Business
- 10+ years of technical expertise in HVAC process systems with proven consultative sales experience in capital equipment
- Strong background in custom air handling equipment and engineered product applications
- Proven ability to manage strategic relationships and lead engineering reviews to ensure product selection meets specifications
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis, risk assessment, and opportunity development
- Skilled in identifying new markets and building short- and long-term sales pipelines
- Experience guiding proposal and RFP responses, including technical inputs and pricing analysis
- Ability to travel frequently (30–70%) across the U.S.
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
