Qualifications and responsibilities for this Registered Architect position include:
- Must be a Licensed Architect in the state of Pennsylvania with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, particularly in multifamily residential architecture.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior staff and take the load off the division head.
- Willingness to work on-site in Fort Washington, PA, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Must be proficient in Revit or similar BIM tools, and open to transitioning to ArchiCAD.
- Experience with projects in the Philadelphia area is highly preferred.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute in client presentations and internal team meetings.
- Prior experience managing projects from design to construction, including code compliance and construction documentation.
Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
