Why should you consider a career as a Davron Recruiter?
For starters, our recruiters make between $55,000 to $100,000 per year. After your 90-day probationary period, you will receive:
- Base Salary of $30,000
- 10% Commissions on all placements
- Be eligible for an annual performance bonus up to $11,000

What does it take to be a successful Davron Recruiter?
Picture this; You get a job order from our marketing department. What's a job order? It's a company looking to hire an engineer but they're having trouble finding the right one. You dig deep. First you speak with the client and really understand who they're looking for. What kind of projects are they working on? What kind of skills does the engineer need to have? Don't worry, we'll teach you what to say. You'll then use all the Davron resources to find their engineer. You are a matchmaker…. matching the skilled engineer with the right type of engineering company.
What kind of resources? First, we'll teach you the latest cutting-edge data mining techniques that'll enable you to identify the right engineer. We use many databases like Monster, LinkedIn, and our very own proprietary database. We'll teach you how to recruit engineers, how to present them to clients, and ultimately, how to be an amazing matchmaker and headhunter.
No prior recruiting experience is required!
We look for new recruiters from all walks of life. From sales to retail, customer service to consulting, our staff has a very diverse background. The type of person that excels in this position enjoys talking on the phone and making meaningful connections. You have to be persistent, convincing, socially graceful, and be able to build relationships with both sides. Our recruiters are fearless, you must be able to talk to anybody and be willing to ask tough questions. Lastly, self-discipline and focus are needed to be a successful headhunter. We are here to help you succeed, but you are ultimately in charge of your own success.
