Qualifications and responsibilities for this Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of experience; new grads considered with strong drafting and CAD skills
- Experience or interest in RF systems, coaxial connectors, and aerospace communication assemblies
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and technical drawing using Autodesk Inventor or similar software
- Ability to review and update bills of materials and technical drawings to ensure compliance with Department of Defense and FAA standards
- Strong organizational skills to support ongoing digitalization of legacy records, ensuring consistency and accessibility
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office for managing forms, documentation, and BOMs
- Comfortable digging into historical files, emails, and archived data to answer questions and solve design or documentation issues
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with machinists, inspectors, sales, and assembly teams to improve designs and production processes
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
