Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years’ experience, and at least 3+ years' experience on large hospital projects required
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Experience using Spectrum software, Microsoft Project, and Project Site
- Will oversee a small project team consisting of an Assistant PM, Project Superintendent, and possibly an Admin Support
- Projects include a ground up addition to a hospital, as well as some utility work.
Salary: $105,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 401k with company match, ESOP with no employee contribution necessary, and the option for a company truck and fuel card or $700 a month car allowance plus fuel card.
