This exciting role offers the opportunity to oversee impactful construction and maintenance projects across a diverse portfolio of multifamily, condo, and commercial properties—without the need to report to a central office. You'll have the autonomy to go straight to the properties and take charge, supported by a well-established team of over 350 professionals. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager (Building Services) position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction; contractor’s license preferred
- Background in building maintenance alongside construction highly desirable
- Ability to manage vendors and oversee bids and projects from start to finish
- Capable of managing a floating portfolio of 30–40 multifamily and commercial properties
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Access, and MS Office; training provided for other platforms
- Comfortable communicating directly with property owners and regional managers
- On-call availability for after-hours emergencies (fire, flood, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building systems such as roofing, plumbing, waterproofing, and more
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with 10% match up to the tax limit, 3 weeks PTO, 10 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday, separate sick days, and an annual performance-based bonus of up to 10% of salary.
