Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 7+ years of architectural experience, including managing, producing, and coordinating a wide range of commercial projects.
- Architectural License preferred
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Lead and manage project development from conception to completion, including proposal review, schedule management, and team leadership
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal staff, while also ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards
- Contribute to the enhancement of project protocols and documents, coordinate project-related tasks, and provide mentorship to junior staff
- Municipal, higher education, K-12, and multifamily projects
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
