We are actively seeking a Project Architect to lead bespoke home designs ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 sq. ft. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:
- 5–7+ years of experience in project management for high-end residential architecture
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp; ArchiCAD is a plus but not required
- Drafting and design with support from a Job Captain; hands-on creative leadership
- Ability to meet and communicate effectively with clients and homeowners
- Lead design of custom residential homes; collaborate directly with firm principals
- Handle construction administration using Bluebeam and conduct meetings via Zoom
- License preferred but not required; experience takes priority
- Experience with large-scale custom homes (5,000–15,000 sq. ft.)
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% covered health, dental, and vision insurance (including family), 401K with a 4% match, 80 hours vacation, 40 hours PTO, year-end performance bonuses, $5,000 bonus upon licensure, and full reimbursement of licensing exam costs.
