Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:
- Licensed Architect with a 5-year Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
- 5–10 years of architectural experience, ideally with multifamily or hospitality projects
- Lead the technical execution and documentation of design concepts within budget and schedule
- Prepare contract documents, coordinate with consultants, and manage client meetings
- Proficient in SketchUp, Revit/BIM, and preferably Photoshop
- Submit plans for TDLR and TAS approval and manage construction phase services
- Possess strong design, graphic, and presentation skills with knowledge of building codes
- Understand Sustainable Design principles and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
