Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering required; Master’s degree and/or professional licensure preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in design, documentation, and construction administration
- Strong working knowledge of building systems, construction documents, and codes (IBC, ANSI, etc.)
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to support all phases of project development, from conceptual design through construction administration
- Experienced in green/sustainable building practices and LEED coordination
- On-site inspection and problem-solving during construction phase
- Oversee architectural design and technical execution for a variety of real estate development projects
Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
