Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience, ideally with high-rise and mid-rise multifamily developments.
- Expertise in single-story commercial projects; experience with restaurants is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate on site planning and manage multifaceted projects.
- Strong design, leadership, and communication skills to oversee project progress.
- Work closely with developers to bring projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment while handling several large-scale developments.
Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
