Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:
- 3–5 years of architectural experience; healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Revit (100% of work is done in Revit); other software experience a plus (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp)
- Experience through all project phases from schematic design to construction administration
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, technical detailing, and code compliance
- Ability to manage and produce construction documents, coordinate with consultants, and perform occasional site visits
- Excellent communication, graphic presentation, and organizational skills
- Participation in project meetings, submittal reviews, and maintaining project documentation
- Long-term interest in career advancement into a management role within the firm
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
