Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect - Agency Construction Manager position include:
- Must be a licensed Architect with a Bachelor’s in Architectural Studies.
- 10+ years of experience, including strong construction administration.
- Experience in public safety projects including fire stations, police stations, hospitals, schools, public transit hubs, etc.
- Strong Business Development expertise; ability to bring over new business is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, AutoCAD, and BIM.
- Lead and manage project designs, consultant teams, and drafters.
- Act as an owner’s representative, focusing on municipal and educational projects.
- Conduct construction management tasks with quality control and timely issue resolutions.
- Prioritize rapid, precise responses to RFIs and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, SEP Retirement Plan, 2 weeks PTO, occasional project-based bonuses, and partnership opportunities after two years. Flexible work hours and location are also available.
