Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience taking prototype equipment to commercial production.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Balance between design and hands-on building—approximately 50/50.
- Design, develop, and optimize production equipment and automation systems for scaling graphene manufacturing.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to solve engineering problems in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Create and maintain production documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Engage in R&D support, from benchtop experiments to full-scale commercial deployment.
Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
