Qualifications and responsibilities for this Pipe Foreman position include:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Pipe Foreman in underground utilities or site development.
- Must have OSHA 30, Confined Space, and Competent Person certifications.
- Skilled in operating and supervising crew use of heavy equipment, including loaders, excavators, and compactors.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, calculating grades, and ensuring accurate pipe installation.
- Ability to lead and manage a crew of six, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production goals.
- Familiarity with HeavyJob software for tracking time and quantities is preferred.
- Position is entirely on-site with occasional office-based meetings; no travel required.
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance after 60 days, six paid holidays, company closure during the weeks of July 4th and Christmas, one week of PTO after one year, eight days of universal time, a 401k with 1% company match, eligibility for an employee stock ownership plan after one year, annual holiday bonus, employee assistance program, and 70% health coverage for employees and 55% for dependents.
