Qualifications and responsibilities for this Pipe Foreman position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pipe installation and management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to guide a team of pipefitters and laborers while upholding safety standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with the ability to obtain a CDL license.
- Oversee daily on-site operations, including workflow management and task scheduling.
- Monitor and inspect installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare daily reports.
- Site development work, including pipe laying, grading, and concrete tasks.
Salary: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
