Calling all Party Chiefs! We are actively representing an established civil engineering and surveying firm in Corona, CA who specializes in complex land development projects. They are seeking a Party Chief with direct, recent experience in the field related to topographic, boundary, and construction surveying. This firm is offering a competitive hourly rate as well as a company vehicle to take home and some of the industry's most generous benefits!
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Party Chief opportunity include:
- 5+ years of surveying experience
- Experience performing boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
- Competent in surveying principles and theory, field surveying methods and procedures, and error checking
- Familiarity with geometric and trigonometry principles
- Skilled with Trimble
- Strong working knowledge and experience setting up, operating and maintaining robotic total stations, data collectors, and GPS equipment
- Lead field survey crew, conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, and analyze conflicts in construction drawings and plans
- Mentor and train junior Survey Technicians, prepare cut sheets and sketches for field surveys, and perform grade calculations for construction plans
Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
