Qualifications and responsibilities for this Owner’s Representative opportunity include:
- 3-5 years of experience working as an Owner’s Rep
- Experience using Procore
- Architecture background is a plus
- Experience with the NYC construction process
- Ensure projects are moving along on time
- Working with architects, performing change orders
- Must be willing to commute into NYC
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
