We are currently seeking an Owner’s Representative / Construction Project Manager in the Miami, FL area. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Owner’s Representative / Construction Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managing complex construction projects, preferably in concrete restoration or similar scopes.
- Perform daily on-site walkthroughs and ensure contractor compliance with plans, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and lead weekly progress meetings, maintain master schedules, issue logs, and submit detailed weekly reports.
- Proficiency in project planning (Critical Path Method), cost control, risk mitigation, and permit coordination.
- Review and manage change orders, budget forecasts, and construction schedules, escalating issues as necessary.
- Oversee design development with architects and engineers, ensuring alignment with owner objectives.
- Maintain construction logs, track inspection readiness, and ensure closeout processes are complete and documented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and uphold fiduciary responsibilities.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
